BOX ASSEMBLY MACHINES

We developed and commissioned five corrugated cardboard box (RSC) assembly machines of 350 x 250 x 250 which in turn, folded the lower fins of the piece, applying self-adhesive tape or hotmelt.

The assembly of the cardboard support was carried out horizontally, facilitating ergonomics during its operational process.

This machine, of robust, compact and linear texture; It assembled between 12 and 32 boxes per minute depending on the configuration and gluing system.

Thanks to the opening of the box on opposite sides with vacuum and confirmation by vacuum,The equipment developed was very reliable, ensuring the change of box format in minimum times with scale, for precise positioning.

The equipment created in BEIFFA was delivered to potential customers in the cardboard sector for use on loan.

HARD CANDY AND LOLLIPOP DIE-CUTTING LINE

Responding to the needs of our customers, we created and started up a die-cutting line for hard candy and lollipops for an important food industry, delivering, together with the final equipment, a cane cutter, an egalizing machine and a 450 die-cutter.

The developed line consisted of :
+ Cook
+ Cooling table
+ Cantilever table
+ Roller table with rollers
+ Die-cutting machine, to shape candies.
+ Conveyor belt
+ Cooling system

It was created with the objective of providing the capacity to produce hard candies in different shapes and sizes, giving them the desired shape with a simple change of molds.

In addition, the versatility of the equipment allowed that, in case of adding a stick setter system, the line could also be used for the production of lollipops and popsicles.

The industrial sugar cooker worked under vacuum in a continuous batch.

CHOCOLATE PRODUCTION LINE

We work in an automatic line for the production of different chocolate-based products, controlled by PLC and with little manual intervention.

The equipment developed consisted of :

+ Chocolate Refiner
+ Thermal insulation tank
+ Chocolate Depositing Machine
+ Cooling Cabinet
+ Molds or dies

Aligning technology with precision and automation, we provide the customer with a heated melting tank with central agitator of robust design; storage tanks of different capacities; chocolate depositor by plate system with gear pump of compact and sanitary design; chocolate lentil forming roll made entirely of stainless steel ready for high production; fully automatic mold scraping machine and a 60-meter long cocoa paste conveyor belt with SAE 1070 steel belt and robust structure.

NOUGAT ROLLING LINE

Food companies use specific machinery of precision and quality for the development of their products and that is why we had to develop and assemble an automatic wafer laminating equipment with nougat type dough.

It was totally manufactured in stainless steel, composed by ultra sound cutters, laminator/product calibrator and cold tunnel.
